The camera does not open
Zukan needs the camera permission. Here is where to turn it on.
The first time you scan, the phone asks whether Zukan may use the camera. If the answer was no, the scan screen reads Zukan needs the camera to scan cards with an Open settings button.
- iPhone: Settings → Apps → Zukan → Camera, on.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Zukan → Permissions → Camera, allow.
Camera unavailable on a phone that has granted the permission usually means another app is holding the camera: close it, or restart the phone.
